Writing a Great Bug Report

The more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue. Here's what helps most:

  1. App version — found in Settings → About inside the app.
  2. Device and OS version — e.g. "iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.4" or "MacBook Air M2, macOS 14.4".
  3. Steps to reproduce — exactly what you tapped or typed before the issue appeared.
  4. What you expected and what actually happened — describe both so we understand the gap.
  5. Screenshots or a screen recording — a picture is worth a thousand words. You can attach these to your email.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For billing questions, subscription management, or refund requests, please use Apple's official channels:
